Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to track the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns that align with the company’s goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in creating and managing a social media content calendar.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
