The IBS Garage module replaces physical papers with Digital Job Cards. Upon check-in, the service advisor logs the vehicle details, license plate, and customer issues, generating a digital checklist. Tasks are assigned to mechanics based on expertise. Mechanics use their workshop tablets to log when they start and stop work on a vehicle, automatically compiling labor hours for billing.
